Occupancy Up To 10 people

Friday – Sunday $425 per night
Monday – Thursday $350 per night
Anything 14 days or longer will receive a 30% discount.

Veterans and Custom Bike Builders receive a 10% Discount on stays of 13 days or less.

The cleaning fee for a 2-night 3 day stay $250. Additional fees may apply.
** The Kirkland Ranch is not set up to handle party or nightclub events such as bachelor or bachelorette parties.
*** Guests will be charged $100 for early check-in or late check-out.
House Rules
* Check-in after 3 pm
* Check-out before 11 am
* 8 guests maximum
* No pets are allowed due to local wildlife and historical aspects of the furnishings in the house.
* No smoking or vaping
* Quiet hours 10 pm to 6 am
* Guests must provide valid picture ID.
* No open fires or fireworks are allowed in Amador County
